Which programs do developers use to create system models such as structure charts and DFDs in the industry?

Hey all, I'm a high school student working on some small projects to build my skills for the future. I'm attempting to do a bit of documentation and create some system models for my current project and would like to know which tools are typically used by professionals to achieve this so that I can start getting familiar with them.
