Why is there a push, right now, to rename Domain Driven Design as “Hexagonal Architecture”

I can't find anyone who can explain how Hexagonal Architecture is different from classic Domain Driven Design. And all the examples of Hexagonal Architecture could be straight up taken from a DDD book.
