Managing a project advice request.

I’m about a 2/10 when it comes to programming and started a project with nothing more then a vision. I ended up hiring freelancers to build parts of it and everything feels really scattered.

Does anyone have any project manager style advice? What should I be doing? Right now I’m just making it up as I go.
