Advice on applying to jobs when your current job uses a questionable tech stack and poor processes?

I have been at my current place for 2 years, but I feel I need to move in because of the disorganization and antiquated tech stack. When talking to potential employers, how should I address the fact that I really haven’t been exposed much to things like continuous integration, scrum, and automated testing?
