Is there a key/value generator that exists to make naming classes easier?

I'm looking for software that randomly generates hexadecimal values for classes and IDs. Once generated, the keys are stored for reference.

Why?

Because for me, and a few others, creating a naming scheme seems to be one of the most time-consuming parts of software development.
