Writing a test plan for each story?

I’m in a new job and being asked to establish a test plan for each story in our sprint. This is new to me, a test plan document was always a high-level thing and didn’t descend into each and every story like this. Is anyone familiar with doing it this way? I find myself having a hard time coming up with anything meaningful that isn’t just duplicating acceptance criteria etc.
