Hi all,
We’re having a discussion on Agile practices in my software dev class and the articles we’ve been provided only sing it’s praises. Which makes sense, it seems obvious that a more collaborative and iterative approach to development would be the most efficient and productive.
However, I’m wondering if any of you have negative experiences with Agile, why you don’t like or utilize it, or if you have in the past what led you to stop? Or if you do follow Agile methods, do you prefer Scrum or XP? I’m just trying to get a better understanding on a more personal level outside of some blanket research articles on Agile.
Thanks for your time!
