How to star and stop several processes

I’ve got a flask server, with react components and which uses celery. Every time I need to launch flask, celery, flower (celery monitor), parcel, Redis (for celery) and end up having tons of tabs open.

What is the way to launch them all at once and close them once done (or restart)? I can obviously run them in bash but how do I keep the PIDs to later kill them?

I checked supervisor, but it seems overkill.
