source for a calendar-formatted data input control?

We need to make it easy for our users to enter numeric values on a per-day basis over a calendar month. I had an idea to use a calendar formatted control with a single numeric entry box per day, but I don't want to build such a thing from scratch. Forgive the super basic sketch. I envision it having entry boxes for all days, I just got lazy.
