Will you help me figure out this Agile Presentation?

Hey Guys, I was wondering if you all could lend some help on the following. I need to make a presentation these are my instructions: Assume the role of a product manager on Pivotal Tracker. You've just started this role and have been tasked with solving two problems:

1) Increasing engagement for the engineers, product managers, and designers who use Pivotal Tracker 2) Increasing visibility for the executive stakeholders whose teams use Pivotal Tracker

-How would you approach solving these problems? -What features would you want to implement in the first 30, 60, 90 days? -How would you know if you're on the right track?

I have experience using JIRA and an understanding of Agile methodologies, as we had used them in some regard on projects I was exposed to. But is there anything I should definitely point out or mention? I haven't worked hands on with Pivotal Tracker but I have been watching videos about it. I Would really like an opinion from anyone willing to help. It's important for a job opportunity, presentation needs to be about 30 minutes, I will be utilizing powerpoint.
