Hi all, I've recently had to start hosting audio/video conferencing meetings that require me to share my screen. Usually I meet with co-workers to discuss projects and tasks, to present work completed, or to work together on shared documents. I'm looking to improve my meeting skills but am having trouble finding resources which focus on completely virtual group work.
I'm thinking there may be great advice in some project management, software development, business communication type book or article out there. Do you have any recommendations?
