USB, USB/IP and Python knowledge(looking for help)

I want to emulate a pen digitizer with Python and USB/IP. The report descriptor specifications from Microsoft are here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/component-guidelines/supporting-usages-in-digitizer-report-descriptors. I'm unsure about the device descriptor. I'm kinda a noob at this and any help is appreciated. Notify me if this isn't the correct place to post this.
