First software developer job

Hi, I’ve been learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL in my business MIS courses in college.

I am a beginner with these languages and can do the basics like headers, floaters, containers, id’s, classes, divs, buttons, etc.

Would companies you work for consider a noob programmer like me ? What is expected based on your experience ?
