I'm curious how this has worked out. Right now we've got ~8 teams, and the scrum master duty is handled by someone on the team with scrum master training but it's usually a developer or a technical lead.
I'm considering the idea of hiring a dedicated scrum master to perform the role for numerous teams. Basically, how does this work? Lessons learned?
