Does anyone know where I would start to learn about creating a software to develop an auto-dialer system? I've been looking for/trying to figure out how to develop software that does the following:
- Dials phone numbers off of a .csv list and plays a recorded message
- Can run polls via recorded call (What is your favorite color, press 1 for red, 2 for blue… PRESSED 2… What is your favorite shade of blue, press 1 for dark, press 2 for light… etc.) I would need to be able to script up to 20-30 questions at a time in a single survey.
- Pull reports on average length of call, pick-ups, human vs. answering machine vs. no pickup, responses if it's a survey, etc.
- It would need to be able to dial up to 1,000 lines at once, obviously that would be max… typically I would only dial around 50-200 lines at a time.
This may be the wrong place for this, and if it is – can someone point me in the right place to post this? I'm willing to pay a developer, just need to find the right person and figure out the details.
Thanks!
