Help with Medical software recommendation

"I'm looking for software recommendations for a free/cheap program that can be used to track basic medical history over time like blood pressure, medications, etc. The software should be simple to use and intuitive due to the fact that the village nurse will be using it. It would ideal if it also had an aggregate ability where you could, for example, track the overall changes of the villages blood pressure. It's not mandatory that this software be built for a healthcare purpose but I believe that would ideal given its need to be user friendly. Let me know what you all think.
