What do you consider as things that are hard to change later when developing a webapplication (frontend + API)?

Hello everyone! I'm developing a webapplication with a frontend and backend (VueJS and NodeJS). It's going to be a project that has to be maintained for a long time. What do you consider as things that are hard to change later?
