How to: Custom Browser to show only selected URLs

I'm looking to understand how can I create a simple browser that can open only a particular URL.

Example:A browser without address bar that can show only facebook homepage! If the user try for example to open facebook profile page the browser will doesn't show that page and show an error.

Is this possible?
