Hello I haven’t finished college yet but one of my friends hooked me up with 2 contracts jobs for a medium sized startup. After this second contract job after completion there have been words exchanged about hiring me as a hourly paid JR software dev. What can I do to prepare other than still going to school and look at my previous project for them.
