As a person who does not have a software background, I am terrified about outsourcing the Front-end of my program, so naturally I ask reddit for help!

Do you have any tips for hiring or outsourcing small-medium sized projects?

– what sort of documentation should I keep?

– How should the payments be made?

– How can I ensure the quality of the code?
