License open but non free

Im currently developping a small a for ubuntu users

My question is the following : is there a license that provide the source code for privacy and security reason but dont people copy and redistribute as they want. I want to keep my creation for me like musician got copyright on his pieces, but let people check that i didnt malicious things

If it doesnt exists is there a good alternative, to earn money with free and open source software

(Im studying in computer science and i need money for my studies)
