I'm presenting my Master's thesis in a couple of weeks on identifying software defects during the requirement phase. Most of my research has been based on the papers written by other academics. I want to understand what actually happens in the industry. How are inspections done in the requirements phase? How are things different in the traditional waterfall method vs newer agile frameworks?
Any helpful points from your industry experience would be really helpful.
P.S. my research peer and I have developed a tool to identify defects from the requirement docs. DM me if you are interested in checking it out. I'll send you the link.
