What is the best way to find interview questions/answers datasets?

I'm thinking of building a tool that interviews people for different software development positions. It'll be a chatbot that analyzes interviewee answers and asks next linked questions based on the answer. As a result, a user gets some statistics and the best resources (videos, articles, etc.) to tie up loose ends.

The problem is in gathering linked questions that go organically one after another during the interview. Do you have any ideas on where to find and generate these type of datasets or to buy them?
