Prototyping for idea validation: web vs mobile app

I have an idea for a side project and I would like to set up a prototype to test the idea as fast as possible.

I thought about 2 possible ways: cross platform mobile (React Native or Flutter) or web. (Most likely it will need to be reworked/rewritten once the basic value proposition is validated.)

Do you have any suggestion which way to go: web or mobile?
