In large company I'm working in management recently decided that avg number of revisions will be taken into account when reviewing engineers performance.
Expected result is 1.5 revisions or below, so you're expected to deliver your changes without any corrections most of the time.
Do you have experience with similar practices? What is your opinion and arguments pro/against this?
