How to handle a development team that doesn’t respect QA?

Basically, I am a QA on a team where the developers regularly toss their work over the fence to me on deadline day. I don't have enough time to test and I refuse to take time out of my personal life to do so, especially when I've sat idle for days waiting on them. I've complained to my tech lead and my product owner but nothing has changed. What's the best way to handle this? I hate passive agressiveness but I feel like I have to start forcing the team to miss deadlines to make my point.
