The solution is quite simple really, but hasn't been implemented well yet in my opinion so I see the potential. There is no "inventing the wheel", just using existing solutions in combination for a single specific problem. I have no experience, so I need to consult with a couple of friends of a friend that code (very successfully for a living), maybe see if they can help, hire them if it is necessary and possible, but it is way too soon for that right now. Because the solution is simple and there is potential profit at stake I feel the need to be protected from any weird situations I might find myself in the future in case they decide to go with the idea without me; so I guess what I need is some sort of NDA? I found this example from a quick search, and I have no idea if this is enough to protect myself from any weird legal situations. We are in Israel, and I have no clue how the legal side of the industry works here; from what I know signed NDAs are binding in our courts.
I would appreciate an opinion, especially if someone worked with Israeli companies, or if anyone has a better place to ask this.
