What software do you use to create visual solution proposals that you send to clients for approvement/review?

Hello software development, I would really appreciate your help on this. Up to now I've been using MS Paint to create visual representations of user interface that I'm about to implement. I know there must be better solutions for doing this out there, and I would like your recommendation on the best one. Thanks!
