Suggestion on Regression test/data load software

I used to implement SAP and we used regression testing software to load volumes of data occasionally. I am working with a nonprofit who is on Quickbooks Online. They get monthly detail activity from their mission in Africa using Google Sheets and need to load it to QBO. I have a crappy macro program I can use to copy the information from each cell in excel and then load to QBO but it is buggy and undependable. Could someone make a suggestion for an inexpensive data load program?
