Windows diff tool for large folder structures?

Hi r/softwaredevelopment!

I have two repositories (one a fork of the other) – which tool for windows is the best for comparing the two and highlighting files which are new or modified, bearing in mind there will probably be thousands of files which are different I need to be able to see from folder level.
