Trusted third party (middleware) for telemetry data collection?

I'm considering adding some sort of data collection/telemetry to one of my softwares to help me take the right design decisions for the users.
But the cognitive dissonance is killing me.

I would like one service that could take the data, anonymize it before relaying it back to me:

my software -> trusted 3rd party API -> me 

Do any of you guys know anything like that?
