What are the best frameworks for technical documentation that allow online suggested edits; similar to how Google Docs allows suggested editing?

I am looking for a technical documentation framework that allows for suggested edits. Similar to how Google Docs allows you to suggest edits, is there a technical documentation framework that allows others to do the same, suggest edits, giving one person admin type privileges to accept or reject suggested edits? If there is, is version control also built in such that after I accept edits, I can commit and push the edits to a repo and then redeploy the docs live?
