Hello everyone,
I'm working on development of an MVP for a tech platform. My technical cofounder is a well seasoned professional who prefers working within the Agile framework.
In a past life (~4 years ago), I was doing some support and business analyst work for a large corporation. Right before I got laid off, we were transitioning to agile from waterfall.
However, I decided to pivot into sales and marketing foolishly filling my head with sales methods instead. During one of our meetings, I had the distinct pleasure of him trying to explain to me what a user story is (I 'member!) and I told him that i'm familiar with Agile software development techniques.
Well, sort of. Is there a resource out there that can give me a refresher on the Agile method? I'd like to start arranging this mental mess of ideas into a sortable set of requirements so my technical cofounder doesn't hate me.
I hope this question isn't too naive. Thank you all for any advice and pointers.
