As professional software engineers/developers, do you prefer working on a project for a long time or moving regularly from project to project?

Would love to hear your thoughts on this. I personally prefer moving onto a new project after a few months in because I feel like that way, I get to gain more experience and avoid getting stuck in a particular tech stack. Do you think that, as developers, there's something to be gained from being in a project for a long time?
