I could use your help “app development”

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but if you Develop apps and your looking for a really good idea I’m your guy I’m looking for a partner. I’m simply the guy with the idea I have 0 knowledge in what it really takes in development and legal costs. But I promise it’s wort what I have in my head.
