Same code core for all platforms, different ui implementations.

Im studying clean code architecture and find it fascinating that UI layer is completely separated from application business logic code.

I wonder would it be possible to write everything except UI as a standalone module that can be used in android, ios and desktop, each with its own native UI layer implementaion?

Lets say i would write the application core code on java/kotlin, is it possible and what would be the best way to use the same code on ios, desktop app?
