Taking recommendations for software development blogs/websites!

I like reading about software development and how to be a more effective engineer, but I feel like I read the same blogs over and over again. Do you guys/girls have any recommendations? I mostly write in .NET/C# but I'm open to blogs that also talk about general development.

I like to read about anything from effective project management/planning/agile-y stuff, to continuous integration, to design patterns, to refactoring, to managing code bases, to effective unit/integration testing, to communication, requirements gathering and more! Anything that could benefit me as an engineer and even maybe give me some good insight into things that could potentially help me become a team lead/manager in the future. I don't necessarily want to read a blog where I'll be staring at code the entire time (since I do that all day!), but I will never complain about some code examples.
