Mute your f***ing microphone when you arent speaking in a meeting.

God this infuriates me. People in a call on Skype or whatever who can't mute their mic at any point throughout the meeting. So instead of hearing what anyone is saying, all I can hear is people in your office screaming at each other, or you smashing your keyboard because you clearly dont care about what is being said. It makes you look like a total idiot.
