Why working as a software developer for a big corporation sucks

I have to use Windows

Windows is slow.

Booting up Windows takes a lot of time.

To be able to _anything_ you have to install GitBash.

GitBash is slow.

Installing a C compiler is easier said than done.

ViM is a pain in the a** to setup and get it to work.

Forced updates, even though I am in the middle of something.

My manager logs in remotely and downgrades my installed software.

I cant even change wallpaper, only my manager has access to that option.

BIOS is locked so I cant even boot into linux through a USB stick.

An anti-virus software is running that is preventing me from using software such as VMWare or Virtualbox, probably because they dont want me to virtualize Linux somehow.

I have to use Visual Studio Code.

I am not allowed to bring my own mouse or keyboard.
