Stock photos of software?

Long story short, I need pictures of software for a website. Wiredesign photos would also work.

I'm having a hard time finding much at traditional stock photos websites.

Any suggestions?

I know that I can photoshop and do wire design myself but this client is cheap, and stock photos meet that.
