I want to have a personal knowledge base (e.g. a blog) w/o any comments

I read a lot so I make notes and then after a while I compile those notes online for future reference. I just started using dev.to for that and finished my first entry. Immediately someone commented on it, which I hated because the sole purpose of these entries is for my own reference.

I don't want to keep my articles private because then I cannot access them from other peoples machines (with any platform you have to be logged in to see private/unfinished articles).

Is there any blogging platform that:

• supports markdown
• allows for blocking comments
