Framework for both mobile and desktop cross development

Actually I would care only about Android AND desktop, iOS it's kind of optional (it's an enterprise app, we provide devices).

Android app MUST deal with push notification and camera, which it's difficult or impossible from a simple web app.

The solution we used until now, it's a custom android browser acting as a "shell" or "wrapper" to the desktop web application, and with added push and camera support.

However this solution is increasingly seen as "suspicious" from store and there is the risk it will not be published anymore (on Apple store, we are already blocked)

It's react native an option? How much effort is to port a react native application to a web app?
