Question!

Hello, not sure if this is the right place to put this question but i am trying to find out how hard it would be to create a podcast hosting platform? Not sure of anyone is familiar with this type of website, i know none of the platforms created are software they are basically all websites that allow custom accounts and allow people to upload audio files and then distribute them accordingly
