How do you deal with internationalisation in an angular (enterprise) app?

I mean, the app is for enterprise internal use. I want to be able:

• to change translations without redeploying the angular app
• be able to manage translations with a GUI

It looks to me that the standard i18n guide doesn't solve my problem.

Should I use backend API for everything related to internationalisation?
