Making a “silent” executable

Hey I would like tl create a software that does more like a prank. So after 2 minutes of idlying of the mouse it would play some funny joke sound so that you can scare someone. Im interested in some help of how to create such program and then how to install it in any device in a "silent" way like with just 1 execution and then maybe to be easy to "mask" it in task manager.
