System for managing multiple software releases and act as a changelog

Hi,

I work in a small firm where we develop a lot of small/minor but also greater applications for many different customers, we have a technical departement responsible for supporting the applications (1. and 2. Level support).. but the thing is, everytime we fix a bug, introduce a new feature or such, i want to inform, or make the technical departement able to retrive there informations.. how Can we go about doing so? Currently we just submit the code on SVN with a changelog, and when we release the website/application we are just sending the technical departement an e-mail.. but it’s not very optimal..
