Who marks something as resolved in your Crucible reviews?

My company uses Crucible as part of its code review process. I'm not a big fan of Crucible but it's my clients choice so I have to use it. When a reviewer comments on something that needs to be fixed they mark their comment as `UNRESOLVED`. When the developer has made the requested changes they then mark the reviewer's comment as `RESOLVED`. This doesn't seem right to be as the reviewer could be considered as abdicating their responsibility for agreeing whatever they flagged up is corrected to their satisfaction.
