Low-code/No-code IDEs – any opinions out there?

I am playing with making a planning system specifically for software dev. The end result would be a text file that was basically notes corresponding to the things that needed to be in an actual corresponding data or logic file. It doesn't seem a huge jump to have the planning software actually toss in working code.

I know these kinds of things already exist (usually with a very limited project scope) but all I can find is sales info, and I'm more curious about the design/coding problems with these things. Is there any general info sites or books about them? If you have used one, what was it like?
