Looking for a serverless framework for web applications

The serverless model seems easy, but it looks to me that a lot of scaffolding is needed to build a production ready frontend (angular or react) + rest api serverless backend.

I' am looking for something comparable to a Laravel or Spring.

Up to now, I'm only able to write simple functions, not a large production ready application.

Things like common libraries, db access , REST api authentication, code structure, local testing and development, etc are still too much open. I want just to write business code and UI !!!
