A Google Docs clone? Where can I find one?

Hi I am trying to build a web application that is primarily based upon a rich text editor and I was wondering if there are any Google docs clones out there on top of which I can build my software solution?

Also I am pretty new to software development so I am wondering if there is any way that I can reverse engineer the existing Google docs app on Android and save me a little bit of development time?
